    Low THC Indica Strains?

Looking for some information on some strains of Indica or mostly Indica that are low in THC content. Some of my current strains are Uber potent and power full and not appropriate for certain times of the day. I personally enjoy mixing low grade with a dash of my high grades for the perfect blend that works for my medical needs and I'm low on my generic low grade.

Any suggestions would be great and any suggestions that would be available from Attitude would be a plus. =)
    Current grow:
Blue Cheese, Fruity Chronic Juice, Bubblegummer

Look into CBD Crew Seeds. Shantibaba is part of that crowd if that means anything to you. They make high CBD/ low THC strains. VERY medicinal, not too stoney

Awesome, looks like have what I'm looking for in a strain...now just have to wait till they get something back in stock. :P Are there any other's that you heard of that are in the 5%-8% THC range?

Harlequin clone if you can get access to clones. Cannatonic from DNA is another. There are others but not many more at this time.

Here is a idea..... What if you took an indica strain that you like, but flowered it under less intense light like CFL's?? Now this is all theory but wouldn't less light make your bud less intense? The only reason I say this is when I did my first grow I used CFLs. I was not very good at keeping an even canopy, subsequently my short indica got way less light, and the bud was not particularly strong. It smokes great, but its just not that strong. I am used to one hitter quitter stuff and I can easily take 4 bong rips and function, where as one of my other plants that was taller and closer to the light is much stronger, 4 bong hits would put me out for hours. I actually started to appreciate the less intense bud as time has gone on because I could roll a joint and slow toke on it and really enjoy the smoke without getting catatonic. Reminds my of my cigarette days, I loved smoking cigs but my wife would promptly ask for a divorce if I started smokin them again so this less intense bud is kind of a happen medium.

That being said this all theory and being I was growing bag seed who know what the bud would have been under HIDS. Obviously there are trade offs though, your buds will be less dense and there might be other repercussion I'm not aware of. Someone with more experience will probably chime in if this is total Anyways just a thought.

Just a jump in; I grow under CFLs and my indica doms are devastating.
I have to thank Roseman for getting me to try CFLs.

    Peace to the patients,

I think I will perhaps try some a few ruderalis strains because they should be on the lower side naturally. I think I might just chop up some buds and send it through a single round of dry ice kief extraction which should be a simple way to reduce the kick by at least half if not 75% or more.

I have a batch of Moby Dick which has been curing for 6 month now which has a completely super awesome taste and high but I can't take more then a single hit or it knocks me out. So what I usually do is mix it with some bag weed in the grinder which makes it lower in kick and enables me to smoke it in a bong.

I clarify i'm not saying you can't grow killer bud under cfl's, but that cfls are an easy way to dial down the lumens to grow less potent bud if that is possible. I'm doing a grow this fall and plan to use cfls if I can keep my grower creep in check.

total nubee, from what i've been reading in past threads, isn't it possible to determine the potency level by the color of the trichs. clear is less potent to 80% amber being most potent. peace
